Paul Brogna, Founder of Mass Rhythm, is a Boston based DJ that has been professionally DJing since 2002. He has performed at countless events ranging from nightclubs to weddings, corporate events to private parties, and school wide events throughout the New England area, even performing as far as Europe.

Also known as DJ Brogs, he takes pride in playing to his crowd, no matter what the occasion is. Being a DJ has, is and always will be more than just a hobby or job to him, but a true passion that is always being challenged. Besides the music, the money, and the experience, his biggest reward in the end is seeing his crowd enjoy themselves, and to Paul, that's what it means to be a DJ.

He is known for his versatility. He loves to seamlessly blend a night of different genres, constantly trying to stay well-rounded for the whole audience. He prides himself in trying to keep the crowd excited and surprised, without ruining the energy. He might go from the newest top 40 track that is an obvious hit for the crowd, into a hit from 10 years ago, maybe back to current hits, again, always blending and transitioning between decades and genres.

Paul loves music, loves celebrating life, and most importantly, loves the art of making people dance through DJing. What started out as a a hobby lead to a successful DJ career, resulting in the expansion of his own DJ company.

Julian, known as DJ Jules was born and raised in New Bedford, Massachusetts. His love for “record digging” came at a young age when he would often go through his mother’s old albums and listen to classic Funk, Soul, Disco, and Freestyle records. Always having a love for music, his interest for DJing sparked while watching a DJ Jazzy Jeff set on TV. He loved the 90s Hip-Hop and R&B but knew that he didn't want to be known as just a Hip Hop DJ. He wanted people of all ages to be able to go to his parties and have a good time.

DJ Jules attended the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth where he perfected his craft and started DJing on 89.3 WUMD, the college radio station on campus. It wasn't long before he branched off to doing clubs in the Boston and Providence, RI area. Since then he's DJed at some of the tops clubs in New England, and is currently a DJ on JAM'N 94.5 in Boston, and DJs on Master Of The Mix on iHeart Radio every Wednesday at 10pm.

Anthony goes by the name DJ Havak. He started DJing when he was 16 years old and has excelled ever since. His career started in the basement of his parents home, mentored by his father Renell Jean who goes by the name DJ Nelski. DJ Havak's career started in local bars such a Peking Tom's on Saturdays and The Blarney Stone both Fridays and Saturday nights, he has also spun at the Green Briar on saturdays for the Boston college crowd.

As he got older he moved in to the clubs/bars in the Downtown Fanuiel Hall Area landing residencies at both Sissy K's and the Wild Rover. There his skills as a DJ became a lot better, reading the crowd and understanding how to keep them going through out the night with Top 40, Hip-Hop, R&B, EDM, House, Dubstep and Trap music. DJ Havak has also done private events through out his career, such as company parties, school events, and birthday parties.

Nick first got into DJing in 2001 when his love for music lead him to become a DJ. Nick also known as DJ U-NEEK has DJ'd all over especially in the Faneuil hall area the last 10 years and has now brought his focus and skills to weddings and private parties.

Erikson is one of our most versatile DJs. He takes pride in being an open format DJ, blending all kinds of music seamlessly to please any crowd he faces. Having over 10 years experience as a DJ he has performed at countless events ranging from weddings and private parties to corporate events all over the New England area. He’s performed at some of Boston’s best nightlife establishments such as Royale, Rumor, The Harp, Ned Devines and Wild Rover to name a few. In addition to live DJing, Erikson earned his Associate Degree in Audio production & Live sound and enjoys remixing song and music production.

My name is Renell Jean and I have been DJing for over 43 years. I have an extensive library of music from big band to old time rock and roll to Motown to Disco to classic rock to hip hop to top 40 to dance and EDM and all current music.

When I first started DJing it was when turntables, cassettes tapes and 8- tracks came out, when people had basement parties. As my career expanded, I started working all types of events from corporate to private to weddings, and even worked nationally for a variety of clients.

I have three boys who DJ too. Two (Anthony and Erikson) of which partner with me for Mass Rhythm gigs.

When interacting with a client, I make sure that their needs take priority. It is their special day, not mine. I encourage a partnership with all my clients so we can have the best outcome for their wedding day.

I'm happy to say that throughout my career, I have always kept my clients happy and leaving their day feeling fulfilled.
